Transversus Abdominus Exercise

Check out Heidi give some serious hugs to her baby boy. This is a fantastic exercise to keep your deep abdominals strong and responsive during pregnancy. Heidi will have a much easier post partum recovery because she has stayed active and trained her body for pregnancy and birth. A trained body recovers much much faster! Do this exercise and your chances for a flat belly post-baby are fantastic!

  1. Wow, that IS really awsome:) I didnt see it yesterday in the studio! It was cool to help you out with the video:) I will link it to my blog now if I manage! I understand why Xavi was a bit amazed by the "Inhales"! The stomach almost reaches the floor:) Really cool and the thing is that it is a quite easy exercise to do and if it helps to recover quickly afterwards it is soooo worth it! Big hug!!!

  2. Great stuff Kaisa! My husband Bill is offering to be the male model of this exercise. He likes to stick his stomach out far and suck it back in.
